Byson Real Estate Co. was founded by Brendan Sweeney and Nick Valletta, entrepreneurs and real estate enthusiasts who each began their careers in finance as Big 4 consultants.
The financial rigor of deal-making and the human side of transactions — where relationships and emotions are just as influential as numbers — is what drew them to real estate and the brokerage space.
At Byson, we are advisors first. The company reflects how Brendan and Nick approach buying, selling, and managing property — supported by a team that shares the same values.
